DESCRIPTION:Werks Reunion : Amelia Island\nPorsche Club of America (PCA) welcomes all Porsche clubs\, owners\, and enthusiasts to the Werks Reunion Amelia Island at The Amelia River Club. Join us to see a breathtaking array of Porsches\, from rare to current models\, and everything in between! \nYou are not required to be a PCA member to participate in this celebration of Porsche automobiles; however\, you must register to Corral or be Judged. Display your cherished car in model-specific Porsche Corrals\, or enter the Porsche Judged Field and compete to win in more than 20 prize categories. \nWerks Reunion was created by the Porsche Club of America as an event to celebrate both the Porsche marque as well as the camaraderie of being an enthusiast. This is not a contest of who has removed dust from the deepest crevices in their Porsche but rather a judged show that rewards a Porsche that has been lovingly maintained and presents itself well on the field. Our judges do not use Porsche Parade Concours score sheets but rather rank the cars according to certain attributes discussed prior to judging. For those who do not wish to have their cars judged\, you may display in the model specific corrals or if the organizers see fit\, on the judged field itself. There are no score sheets returned or protest committees. This is a casual gathering of Porsche enthusiasts focused on having fun rather than solely competition.

Enjoy a fun day with lucky Moms \nIf you want to take a short drive before the show on Saturday\, meet up in Waikoloa at Queen’s Marketplace\, back parking lot\, at 9:00 AM and enjoy a short drive to Old Kona Airport for the fund raiser and Car Show starting at 11 until 7\, with food\, fun\, music and lots of beautiful cars and people. More details forthcoming. Spend a day there with friends and family\, wear sunscreen and a hat\, and shine your Porsche to enter the display and win a trophy! We are supporting this event by sponsoring a HUGE trophy for the BEST EUROPEAN CAR! \nWe should be leaving Waikoloa around 9:30\, arriving at Old Airport around 10\, in time to set up in the European Car Area. \nThis fund raising event started out to help a young lady from Kona as she battles brain cancer. Unfortunately she succumbed to the disease just last week\, and now the family needs help covering the mountain of medical bills from her battle. Please help their effort by donating to their cause.
